RDNets derives catalogs of reaction-diffusion networks that can form self-organizing spatial patterns. Optionally, qualitative and quantitative constraints can be specified to narrow down the list of candidate networks. The software is optimized to analyze networks with non-diffusible nodes and can efficiently analyze networks with at most two diffusible nodes (see for example the 3-node and 4-node networks catalogs, which can be derived in 3 minutes and 10 minutes, respectively, using a laptop with average specification). Networks with more than two diffusible nodes or with more than 5 nodes may be impossible to solve analytically. In these cases, qualitative and quantitative constraints can greatly facilitate the automated analysis.
